I visited Priceline Forest Way today for the first time in ages and when I dropped my script off and picked it up, I couldn’t have been greeted by more friendlier and helpful staff. Cathy and Kylie both approached me with huge smiling faces and genuine interest to offer help.
Cathy is so polite and helpful! She made my day, they always gave good specials on here and the resident pharmacist is very professional.
Usually helpful staff and pharmacists, but has gone downhill since Priceline took over, and yesterday had a rude, arrogant, Brazilian pharmacist who couldn't find my current prescription and insisted it wasn't current. I found it later on my phone, which he didn't think to suggest. Taking my business elsewhere after thirty years.
