My go to Priceline. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A few months ago, there was a staff member who had just transitioned from another store who went above and beyond to help me and give me recommendations for a new foundation, as my normal was now too expensive to afford. I have been returning to this store since and the same level of customer service has been experienced. :)
Today I came into this store to purchase some items. I can see each time I come in service deteriorates. No greeting, after I greeted the person at the register. Tried to find assistance whilst looking for my items, but couldn't find anyone. After finally locating my items, coming to a total of $41.00, the staff member didn't ask if I was a Priceline member.
