Your customer service is a joke. To the girl with the fake lashes and blonde ponytail, if a customer asks you a question, answer them. Don’t just death stare them. Appalling customer service
Recently, Priceline Rouse Hill has been incredibly disorganised, with no sale tickets on products, and hair dye in multiple spots. I have found that customer service is below average. Having to request the sister club details at times felt like a hassle, or like the staff were talking rather than serving the team. Sales are being missed. I went in today, walked out after trying to figure out what was on sale, nm or not, due to a lack of customer service. It's incredibly disappointing as a long-term customer.

This pharmacy has significantly declined since transitioning from Soul Patterson to Priceline. What used to be a welcoming, warm community-focused pharmacy under Grant & Helen now feels cold, belligerent, impersonal and profit-driven. On multiple occasions, I have been questioned about the validity of my prescriptions, despite having ADHD and taking multiple medications to manage my conditions.
