Very poor customer service. I was overcharged $12 for an item and when I brought this to the staff members attention, there was no acknowledgement of error, no eye contact, no engagement what so ever. I got my $12 refund from the manager whose demeanour was the same. They need to learn some basic manners. Product is good though.
Came into this store to get something and was trying to ask the lady at the front a question and she ignored me … multiple times. It was really disheartening and embarrassing to be ignored like that

Was sent some items online through this store. I did not order much, but received a Thank you card and three samples. I see this as a sign of respect, and the best review is the least i can do. Thank you!
