I purchased some items that had a ticket on that there was 40% off but when I paid they were full price. When I questioned that my items were full price the supervisor went with me to the display to find that the item discount had ended a couple of days earlier. She then took down the discount labels and scrunched them up. Consumer law states that Priceline should honour the discount but I wasn't offered the refund on the difference only a full refund. I won't be returning to Priceline Frankston.
I always love coming here, there is plenty of variety and quality product's and the staff are always amazing
Every time I have been in the store Mai has been so very helpful and yesterday and today with my granddaughter Mai has been very patient and kind.. she is such an asset to Priceline.. Regards Megan Moran
Staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable about their products and willing to help give advice or assistance regardless of the products/ services being enquired on. I was blown away today with the quality of help we received from Mikaela (sorry if that’s misspelled) I work as a support worker and Mikaela’s energy and demeanour was such a help in my client feeling calm and supported in an environment that can typically make them feel quite uncomfortable (busy shopping centre).
