All staff are lovely except what seems to be the manager. Staff were flat out busy and manager stood with her hands on her hips and watched and criticised staff in front of everyone. Love the store. Love MOST staff. Only issue is the manager.

Liam the Sales Assistant here is hands down one of the BEST customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered. I had a very awkward and personal request for products to help and he made me feel completely comfortable and he was nonjudgmental and so so so helpful, he helped me look for a myriad of products that I needed and he was with me nearly an hour cause he really took the time to explain the products and also show me really really good deals. Every time I visit Priceline, I look for Liam. I only met him once before, and he remembered my name — that really stood out to me. His service is genuine, friendly, and truly outstanding. Liam goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and appreciated. He absolutely deserves recognition, if not a promotion, for the amazing service he provides.
