Everything was pretty smooth. Kept expecting shenanigans and got no shenanigans. Well done all around. I've yet to check for leaks during a full storm, but they even did a post-installation inspection that seemed pretty thorough.

Sam H****** was the one who inspected my roof and worked very diligently with me and the insurance companies. He explained me the whole process as I had never filed any claims ever and was afraid to deal with them. He eased me with my concerns and explained me the process. He also worked very well with insurance inspectors and has very pleasant manners and great communication skills. The crew was punctual and efficient arriving early and finished in one day. The roof looks great and the clean up exceeded my expectations. A very pleasing experience and would recommend them to anyone.
