I have been with this place for almost 2 years now. I started with Mario and he was amazing. This time I went to trade in my car that I got Feb 2017 with Mario. I was introduced and worked with Russ and Cody. These two men are wonderful. I was able to have my previous car paid off, minimal down payment, and in a new car within a few days. They went above and beyond with having the car looked over with a fine tooth comb by their mechanics, which gave me the green light as aokay.... Had my first real bad experience called several day's before payment was due because someone backed into my back door. I had time to take in my vehicle to repair and even though everything going to be paid other drivers insurance I had to put a deposit on rental. I knew I was close and asked if could delay payment from tuesday to Thursday because knew was close in my bank account. The lady in office when I called said no issue.
