As a person who was in an accident caused by someone else, I found the attitude and service to be quite nasty when I called on a Sunday to see if I could recover my wife's and my things as we were supposed to leave town that evening. After pleading with the guy over the phone he finally agreed to let me in for $40 cash. I understand not being open on Sunday, but I find it very unchristian to have an attitude when you know the person is from out of town.
