Eric comes off as a knowledgeable and professional guy. And he is! But, he does not stand by his work. I’m very disappointed in his lack of customer support. I asked him several times (and have the emails to prove it) to provide a statement that my roof was in good condition. He said he would have to review my entire roof and not just the area he had repaired. I asked him to do that and he said I had a few cracked tiles that would cost me $450 dollars to repair.
