This was the easiest,most stress free experience buying a car! The customer service was excellent. John was very patient with my questions and we had fun! And he stayed late on a Saturday night so all the paper work was finished and I walked out a proud owner of my 3rd VW Beetle! My husband and I decided it was time for a new vehicle to replace my 2005 Chevy Equinox. I had found a 2013 GMC Acadia through PricePro online and a similar one through another dealer so my husband sent them both a message expressing our interest. Within minutes, literally minutes, we received a phone call from John at PricePro about our interest in the car. The next day we went and test drove it and three days later it was ours! We highly recommend PricePro and couldn't have done it without John and Mike! Thanks so much!
Prices are great but customer service could use some work. Called yesterday about a vehicle we have been watching, waiting, and frequently in contact about for 2 weeks after seeing it as an incoming vehicle on their site to see if it was on the lot yet. At 4pm I was told no it is not on the lot yet and we will contact you as soon as it is in. Looked late last night to see non stock photos meaning it was in and immediately emailed our sales rep. This was my first car purchase and I was honestly dreading it, but Joe helped so much there was absolutely no pressure and everyone seemed to be very friendly. It's incredible that they had me in and out within 3 hours with a car, that I was comfortable with! Fantastic deals and fantastic service! I would shop here any day! Thanks for the awesome deal!
Went there today met Nick I looked up a car earlier. I was impressed they were a bit busy. But they got ne out quickly. Very nice car about 1000.00 cheaper than other dealers around the area. Plus a lot less miles. Im very impressed and will get my next car there and the no haggling was nice also
