Everything that is wrong with corporations and private equity can be found right here. Thank you serra for buying one of the few dealerships left in Traverse that are not corporate and destroying it with cost cutting. A business doesn't have to make money if you own the competition. Fake listings, Dead end phone calls, unreturned calls, if you want to waste your time, go shop here. If you want a car, go anywhere else.
The communication at Price Point was great, honest, and straightforward. Purchased both an “as is” and a vehicle with a warranty this past year. Bummed I don’t need to buy another vehicle for awhile as the team felt like friends. When the time comes for my next car I will be heading to Price Point.
I recently purchased a Pre-Owned Ford Edge and I am very pleased with the Sales Experience I had. Marie Hahnenburg processed my purchase and was very professional and friendly. She helped me find the perfect Vehicle for my needs and worked with me to meet my Price. She managed to expedite my Sale, as I had other commitments that week, and the day was near it's end.
