I only came in to talk about a vehicle im trying to sell. I walk in and the first person I talk to re directs me to somebody else. We talk about my car and the guy im talking to leaves, comes back with the first guy and the first guy looked right at me and said " well this is hard because your car has no value". Its a 2014 that literally needs a break and a battery and is in almost perfect condition. Everything that is wrong with corporations and private equity can be found right here. Thank you serra for buying one of the few dealerships left in Traverse that are not corporate and destroying it with cost cutting. A business doesn't have to make money if you own the competition. Fake listings, Dead end phone calls, unreturned calls, if you want to waste your time, go shop here. If you want a car, go anywhere else.
