They answered all my questions patiently and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. The entire process was efficient, and I never felt pressured. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely return in the future.
Excellent dealership to deal with it was the most pleasant experience my wife and I have ever had. Our sales rep Weston Deming was fantastic. Everything went smooth they didn't play the typical games that other dealers play. I got more than a very fair price for my trade and made an offer on the 2024 Suburban we bought that they accepted> Mary the fiance person was able to get us a better rate than we could get at our on bank. Overall a great experience.
I just purchased my third vehicle through serra and had another great experience. A big thank you to Nick Ames and the sales manager at the old price point building. They were very accommodating, helpful and worked with my budget without any pressure. Additional thanks to Chris with financing as he made sure to re-arrange the warranty allotment we had previously discussed, last minute. 10/10 experience and I know we'll be back when the time comes.
While sales experience was decent, I do not like being told half truths. I purchased a 2019 Chevy with a bad touch screen radio…. Was told if I purchase vehicle they will replace it … drop car off Monday pick up Tuesday. Wasted an entire day for th3 to look at it for 2 minutes and ordered the part that was supposedly there already. I work in petiskey , taking one day off this time of year is hard enough ….
