I purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave from this dealership on January 7, 2026, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The very next day, I discovered that the heater was not working properly. I returned to the dealership and was initially told, essentially, “too bad.” It took arguing with them before they agreed to offer a free inspection to determine what was wrong, along with 20% off the repairs. We just drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle that had issues not disclosed on the website, nor during a phone call prior to the appointment, like AC not getting cold and blind spot stuck on and lane assist. Pretty much the premium package. It also had a low tire monitor on due to low air in one tire. Salesman said they are not allowed to do anything to the vehicle because it is as is?? Greg was outstanding through the whole process from finding the right car for my mom to the point she drove it off the lot. As we test drove one car, he was looking for others that fit the criteria my mom was looking for in a new vehicle. Greg was extremely patient and remained upbeat while working with us and made finding a new car for my mom much easier than we were expecting.

My husband and I drove in with one car and out with another within a few short hours all thanks to the help of Robb Gillies! He is one of the most friendly and non pushy sales people I have ever dealt with! He really rushed around to make sure we could make it happen in a short time frame.
