They were friendly, helpful and professional. Will use again. They also went above and beyond to fix a problem that they didnt create. When the company who installed the HVAC system would not offer a warranty, PP gave us a discount for the work. They will be our first call whenever we have issues (hopefully not for a long time!) Nolan was our technician and he was very helpful and informative.
