My husband and I were hit by a deer last year on our way to Millbrook (we live in Tuscaloosa). They fixed my husband’s work car perfectly! You can’t even tell we were hit. We like to stick with people we know and trust. We would gladly drive to Millbrook again if we need work done in the future.
I was expecting much more. I had to return my car to be repainted. However, that really wasn’t my main concern. My problem was the lack of communication. You should call your customers and tell them what is going on with their vehicle. There were so many things that should have been handled differently. After everything I truly expected a call from the owner. Maybe I expected too much. I hope they will put their customers first in the future.

I ran up on a curb and when I backed up the bumper can loose. I took it to Price this morning and he attached it back in less than 10 minutes. I used them before and found them reasonably priced and prompt in finishing the work

Took a 2016 Toyota Camry in for minor repairs and to say the least I am extremely disappointed! How stupid do you think people are when it comes to their personal vehicles? I won’t call you out on Facebook but your day is coming I promise!
