Update - my review is being updated from good to excellent because that is what describes the quality of service I received. A service tech came to my office and took care of the problem today. It took him less than 5 minutes to reinstall my glove box and make everything work smoothly. I recently bought a 2018 Camry. I love the car but the excellent service I received from James Malbrough is exactly why I came back to Toyota. James had multiple deals going on at the same time but he made me feel like I was a priority. He got me exactly what I wanted for a price that I can afford. If anyone is looking for a great salesman who will listen to what you want please ask for James Malbrough. Glad to be back in a Toyota.
Normally I have huge anxiety when buying a car. Today's experience with James Malbrough was a pleasurable experience the moment we met. Not once did I feel like he was a salesman trying to take advantage of us. I feel that he went above and beyond to get the absolute best deal possible. Upon picking up car, it wouldn't turn over. Was told the technician had to jump if off to get it out of the shop. Poor communication and this wasn't a problem prior. Everyone is being nice to resolve the issue but it's a car place where the problems should be solved before pick Up .

I always take my Toyota Sienna to Price LeBlanc for service. Caleb is my Service Coordinator -- He is the BEST! When I call him with my concerns ( I have an older vehicle) he sometimes figures out the problem over the phone. Fortunately, it's often less extensive and expensive than I feared. Such a great employee! I've met many good employees there in all my years in dealing with Price LeBlanc.
Taft Stablier was awesome he got us in and out quick. Love my new Toyota.
