I got my remote start installed last week and it only worked once. I got it fixed yesterday and this morning my car won’t start at all. Luther brookdale is not reliable and is not trustworthy. I didn’t have these issues when I was leasing from them it’s only now that purchased my car from them that all these issues have come up.
Normally I have no issues but today was very disappointed. There was no one else there, yet they took forever! They brought my car up into the bay after its service - which I could see from the waiting area and it just sat there. They never came to get me (which I was told to wait for!) After 15 minutes, I fInally I went back to service and asked the guy and he said “oh I was just going to find you” Again, there was no customers around, but service people sitting around talking! We took our car to Irwin Ford today for inspection and a seat adjustment. The service on the car was accomplished in a timely fashion and the staff was courteous and accommodating. It took me 1hour to get there I was text messaging with this seller named Samuel when I arrived the car that we haved talked about that I was interested was no where nobody new about that car fake people they try to get you in even no having the vehicle you like then they try selling you anything else they have in their inventory you guys Failed I will no recommend this dealer to no one 👎🏼
