My husband and I stopped in looking to purchase, my first impression was not very good, the salesman didn’t act to enthused to sell anything, we knew exactly what vehicle we were there to see and once it was unlocked the keys went in the salesman’s pocket and we weren’t even offered to start it or even test drive! Needless to say we will not ever stop in there again!

Almost got a bad review. Last visit I purchased a battery and should have received 20% off since I had a coupon. I was told on that date the computer was down, at the time. Mention it on the next visit and they would make sure I got the discounted amount. Luckily the service advisor was there, unluckily she didn’t keep her word. Luckily I was assigned a different service advisor today, who overheard everything, and did in fact honor their mistake from last time and provided me with no charge for today’s visit plus assistance... read more

Brought my Highlander for 15k care service and a low pressure fuel pump recall. I made the appointment online the day before. Mr. Nawfal Ali was the appointed service advisor and provided me exceptional service. He even provided me a loaner since the work load seemed that it may be completed the next day. Two hours later, work was completed. I will be returning for my succeeding services.

Water has been coming into the car. Clogged drain hose... seems like a design flaw. 139.00 to unclog and 329.00 for detailing so carpet won’t mildew and rust under carpet. Declined detailing- I’ll have it done but not at Priority. I feel like water entering a five year old car should be covered under warranty. Googled issue and seems this is a reoccurring issue with Rav 4. Positive I could not have done anything to create clogs in drain tubes inside the sunroof 🤷♀️

BEST experience ever!!! Recently purchased our 6th vehicle from Sun Toyota and had the most pleasant experience. Wayne went above and beyond to meet our needs. Lawrence was also fantastic answering all of my questions! And Jeff in financing was very easy to deal with. I did not feel pressured from any of these 3 men. I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could!!!
