Very easy and pleasant experience! My first time buying a "new" car and first time ever financing a vehicle. Mr. Rudy is the best! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer any and all questions I had. He made the process stress free and he did not pressure me at all. Mr. Rudy even took the time to show me how to work everything in my 4Runner before I left. I have to change my insurance and he even helped me through that process!
