I was very disappointed with the disrespectful manner in which I was treated on Monday. I drove all the way from Mandeville (with an appointment set) only to be told that the car I was to be shown had JUST been sold, despite the fact that I had texted just a few minutes previously. I should have been told then that the car was no longer available.
