My husband and I had no choice this Saturday, we had to find a vehicle to replace my husband's truck. We had been looking since August 20th and were getting very discouraged. We had went to 3 dealerships prior to Saturday, one said we needed to have some flexibility in what we would pay, we left. While I wasn't ready for a new SUV, the flood of 2016 had other plans! I met Mr Ed Pierce, such a nice caring and knowledgeable man. Mr Ed showed so much compassion about what I was going through. I never felt pressure to buy and I got a good deal! But I did give Mr Ed a hard time about the price(joking)! So sweet & professional! While I was ready to get a new vehicle, Mother Nature decided to speed up the process! My car was ruined thanks to the flooding in Livingston Parish but I needed to wait till late in the afternoon to go shopping. I came in last Friday to look at a few vehicles. I was expecting the worst after a few bad experiences at other dealerships. I was met by salesman Michael Settoon. He answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in buying. I didn't purchase on Friday, however, I went back the next day to look some more.
