Please proceed with caution ⚠️ if you go with Cavender Toyota. We purchased a “Certified” 2015 Toyota 4Runner from them October 2019. Upon purchase we pointed out the tire pressure light and a “purring noise / wheel barring” noise while going over 45 mph. They stated they would get it cleaned and checked out. This place is trash. Nothing but problems and a waste of time. Last oil change they didn't tighten the plug. Let it leak all over. Wasted my time running around on my day off. Won't honor genuine warranty issues. They want to say electricity just jumps one wire to another. They're on separate relays and not wired together. Hide genuine reviews and disable comments. Nothing honest about this place. This place is a joke.
This dealership uses the “spot scam” so you will drive off with the car thinking it’s yours, and then call you back asking for the car back. This happened to me just today. Do not believe what they say here at all! They are shady and have poor business practices. They told me today I would need a “substantial amount of money “ to be able to drive off with the car I have driven for 11 days already. RecommendedGreat service from Gerry, Bobby, Mike, and the entire team. They went out of their way to find me exactly what I wanted and put extra time and effort in to make sure I was comfortable with every decision. Perfect place to buy your first car.
They advertise a price on their website for used cars and then add $1800+ in fees when you try to buy any of them. The fees are supposedly for tinted windows (2 doors), a set of keys (that came with the car in the first place) and Nitrogen added to the tires (does absolutely nothing). This is not detailed anywhere on their site that I can find and is false advertising. Very unethical in their dealings and you should stay away.
