I used to love this place. We bought 3 cars from there. We were so disappointed, We brought my truck to have them fix after I got into a car accident. They did not fix it right. We brought it back to them. They told us it was something else. What they did not know, we brought that truck to different mechanic and that what we were told it was not right to bring it back. Let me preface this review with my prior experience with Toyota. My mother has a Highlander that was purchased before I started working with vehicles. I highly recommend anyone looking to either buy or lease a Toyota to check out AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway. I have leased with them 5 automobiles over the years and just recently purchased a Highlander. Three people in the waiting room when I arrived. Over 2 hours for an oil change when I was told not more than an hour? Other dealerships have express services which World does not and they don’t wash your car like other dealerships. Don’t go to World they waste your time and try to up sell you on things you don’t need.

Safe to say I would award Charles Toyota zero stars if possible. I had a very unpleasant & downright bizarre experience at Charles Toyota today.
