We originally had a problem the first time we came in but you know in business stuff happens and I understand that. What I'm impressed with is that Brent LeBlanc himself called and told us that he wanted to do whatever it would take to make it right and he did. Pulled up to get an oil change and my wife tried to take our 3 month old granddaughter inside. 7:15 and the girl waved her off, not open! Old people and babies would like to go sit down inside since you are in there. I guess you think we going to steal a car or something!!! I have gotten 5 cars from y'all in the past 6 years, will never buy here again!

I had a possible flat tire and called they were closing due to weather conditions. The guy in service dept offered to stay to fix it. They changed my tire and all is good. Thank you so much!
