Recommended5 stars to the service manager, Tommy and the technicians that made repairs to my Pathfinder. Diagnostic tests didn’t give them a 100% clear reading on the repairs required to remedy my problem. They changed my spark plugs, but that didn’t fix the issue. The crew devoted some time and did research to figure out the cause on my suv trouble and they got me all fixed up! Thanks!
Nissan in general makes bad cars. This is the second time I’ve had to replace my transmission and when i got my car back the papers were taken all out of my glove box, all over my seat. My automatic window wouldn’t AUTOMATICALLY roll up & when I called to see if they could fix it (because my window worked fine before I dropped it off) the guy told me if it wasn’t their fault Id have to pay $120. I have dust all in my car & my tint has a bunch of holes in it. Just overall disappointed in Nissan.

Just recently had some service work done on my Nissan Altima for hey service engine light. Dropped it off late one night and early the next morning was called and told me what the problem was it was corrected under warranty and pick the car up a few days later. Paula this service writer and Tommy The service manager who I spoke with was very professional very kind and fix my remote for the car at no charge.
