We took took our Rouge here to resolve two issues and the service department addressed neither. First, a service bulletin issued by Nissan regarding a stalling issue after fill up. The service advisor claimed the test they conducted didn't warrant any repair. Secondly, a road vibration issue concern we had was additionally not addressed claiming that it could be one of several things. Colby is awesome! We live 3.5 hours away in Alabama and we dealt directly with Colby via phone and text message for 3 days trying to get everything worked out. He was super patient and understanding with us as he was basically our eyes on the car since we don’t live nearby.
