We have been communicating with one of the sales reps regarding selling our car. We were offered $2,000 upon appraisal. We were open and honest that the car had issues. Once we had the money to pay the difference of the car off we contacted the dealership to go through with selling the car and were told that due to the issues the car has they wouldn't be able to purchase the car. We are highly upset that the dealership knew about these issues when given the appraisal and then they backed out of the purchase when it came down... read more

I have purchased probably 5 cars from them. I have brought family and friends there as well. I have never been disappointed! After my visit again yesterday... Ohhh, there is a beautiful Black Platinum Sentra SR in the showroom, mind you. I just want!!! Don’t need, just want!! I already have a 2018 Altima SR, but oh my goodness!! It’s calling my name!!! Mr Pookie Babin has been my salesman for many years!! I have never had an issue with anything. From sales, finance or service. Thanks to all the people there!! ❤️ Great team!!

I have been car shopping for several months online and have dealt with being given the run around, the bait and switch, non response, lost keys that were suddenly found, and one that was sold while I was having insurance bound. There is a reason car salespersons have such a vile reputation. If you want to be treated with respect and decency, give these guys a call. A few days ago I came in to have maintenance on my Altima and everyone was very welcoming especially Mr. Rick, the manager. Mr. Ricky, the salesman, who sold me my car also always makes my visits very easy and rewarding. The customer service is great and I’d recommend anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle to this location!
