We bought a new Nissan aramada. The staff was professional and kind. The only complaint we have is how long the process took. We drove a little over 2 hours to pick up the suv. We had already submitted the credit application and picked out the truck. It was supposed to be a quick come in, assess the value of our trade in and sign some paperwork.
