I can't recommend Price Heating & Air enough. They're extremely quick coming out, honest and the prices are fair. I was paying a monthly service fee for Basset Services. When my furnace went out on a Saturday and I called for help they didn't show up. 5 hours and 6 phone calls to Basset only to be continuously ignored. Communication is terrible! I called when they opened to have someone come out, and they forgot I called by noon when I called back to see when I could expect someone. They didn't have any of the information that I gave them earlier in the day. When they came out, I was told "a day or 2" for the part and they'd be coming back to fix the issue.
