Communication is terrible! I called when they opened to have someone come out, and they forgot I called by noon when I called back to see when I could expect someone. They didn't have any of the information that I gave them earlier in the day. When they came out, I was told "a day or 2" for the part and they'd be coming back to fix the issue.
