I just spent $60 at your store and one of your employee whom was smoking a cigrette in the back of the store screamed at me and said I should take my cart to the front of building .. This would be a great location to build a grocery store. Every time I try to go there I end up going to another store because they never have basic food items in stock. I have a better chance of finding food at the the Walmart Neighborhood Market down the street which is not saying much. Not sure why this Price Cutter is so neglected. If it was like the one on Battlefield Rd I would be happy but right now this is just a large building wasting space.
The store is clean and bright, but every time I go, there are mistakes at the register. Again today, purchased $15 worth of items and got overcharged on the five packages of hot dogs to the tune of $2. Caught the "mistake" because from experience I ALWAYS check the receipt before leaving the store. Here it is Sunday, and they wrong price has been in the register since Wednesday. Salad bar was in very poor condition and the food on it had not been cared for probably all day.
Just waited on hold 9 minutes 37 seconds to find out the price of granny smith apples. Talked to 3 different people. Went to Walmart instead.
Just got some markdown stuff - they hid the Aug 29th date w/coupon. Really? You keep stuff on the shelf at full price that long - it was just marked down. Disgusting. I hate shopping at a store where I always have to watch the dates and what the item rings up for...
