While exiting the store on Arsenal Street in Watertown we were happily returning our cart to the girl sanitizing them...and asked where to place it. She shrugged, completely annoyed at either us, her job...and made no verbalization. When she made no verbal response we left the cart and noted that apparently she didn't care. I Call the store to ask how much lobster were and the lady gave me the price over the phone so I drive there only to find out they don’t have any would have been nice if she told me this over the phone when I’m asking the price of them so I bought a rotisserie chicken and I get a home to find out that it’s not fully cooked still blood coming out of it So I called customer service and the lady is very rude to me! I will never return to this store ! Get a handle on yourselves and your attitudes

The Oneida Price Chopper is aweful now since Jeff, the manager left. Whoever the manager is now, must hide because no one knows who it is. The lines are aweful. They never have more than two registers open....shelves are bare and the store is dirty.
I’ve been to Oneida Price Chopper 3 times this past week. I always use the self checkout. The staff is not properly cleaning the checkouts and you practically have to beg to have it cleaned and then receive an attitude from the employees. COVID-19 isn’t gone, nor is it going anywhere anytime soon. I know being an essential worker is difficult during this time, however, it’s part of your responsibility to keep yourself and the public safe. I understand that part of this is due to NY but at the same time .. I watch you return the person in front of me in lines items as I wait 20 minutes in the customer service line.. for you to tell me that you can’t return my item that my husband bought incorrectly .. it’s non perishable.. but you can return the guy a head of me’s item.. and claim it’s because it didn’t leave the store .. well okay but this guy had no mask on and walked around the entire store with the item and they were returned to the shelves and not cleaned... read more
awful crazy employees...what happened a**holes???
I was there today and realized after I checked out, an item was charged full price when I misread the display I asked the cashier to help me get a refund and also a young man named Tyler, both very helpful but a woman named Amy who is in charge of front office was not helpful or professional and just totally ignored my request I understand a man named Lou is the manager of this location Advice: put a camera and watch Amy Not professional at all Actions such as hers makes me not want to shop there
I NEVER call to complain about bad experiences in a store. but today I chose to do just that. I called the lebanon nh Price Chopper to explain my experience I had with one of the cashiers. Brenda answered the phone. she told me she is the front end manager. She made me feel validated and even made me laugh!
