It would be nice if you provided customer service or honored your sales. Waste of time to show the associates the ad for them to argue that it's not the right item. I guess when it says assorted varities, it means only the variety offered in the picture. Put a call into the zone manager but guessing I won't get a return call.
Not happy that Price Chopper in Catskill is now getting their bagels in FROZEN and then cooking them! My neighbor and I both commented that the taste was different and so was the texture. After stopping by yesterday and saw frozen bagels taken out of a box! I know why they have gone down hill. You have lost 2 customers with this change. Please go back to fresh made bagels!
Went in to get some lobsters tonight, went to the seafood section to see no one working. Was notified that the seafood department associate was on his lunch break and there was no one else in the store who was trained in steaming the lobsters. The manager Dave said that this is a problem that has been happening frequently. Why would you only have one person trained to perform a service your store offers? Also if you are aware that this is a problem why not rectify it? Very dissatisfied!
Literally left my groceries and walked out when at self checkout yesterday after the woman who was running it was soooooo rude! She made a mistake and put someone elses order on mine and got mad when I said something then yelled at me when I asked if she voided it all when I saw some of the items in the bill still she yelled at me, after making me wait 15 minutes while she was trying to fix it she yelled at me again!! Love, love, love Price Chopper ,fresh meats and produce..hate walmart meat sprayed with color and chemicals, produce half rotted clery is flexible, Price Chopper has excellent friendly staff, ask if you need help getting your groceries to your car, acknowledge coupons, helpful, knowledgeable peopel. A home town store. They listen to your issues and resolve them. Great shopping experience, and my friends shop there, and people where clothes there, no funky people..refreshing !!
