I was there today and realized after I checked out, an item was charged full price when I misread the display I asked the cashier to help me get a refund and also a young man named Tyler, both very helpful but a woman named Amy who is in charge of front office was not helpful or professional and just totally ignored my request I understand a man named Lou is the manager of this location Advice: put a camera and watch Amy Not professional at all Actions such as hers makes me not want to shop there

There were people in Catskill store today with no masks. I asked two men in white shirts Why they were allowed to shop without masks. They responded that they could not refuse these customers. What is the policy in Catskill New York price chopper supermarkets regarding masks? The cashier who served me on my way out was understandably upset too! I was under the impression that New York State law requires masks to be worn in supermarkets.

Delivery slots are a joke. It's obvious they have no coverage for these slots they open. I attempted to order 3 times, and 3 times I got endless text messages rescheduling where the orders were never fulfilled. Then when they ultimately tell you, "sorry," they ask you to re-schedule. No thanks. I'm taking my business to Shoprite who seems to have no issues.

Big shout out to the Store Manager, Lou! He is doing his best to please his customers who are concerned about the Executive Order for EVERYONE to wear face coverings. He is doing a fantastic job walking the thin line between the folks who comply vs those who do not. What those that "do not", do not understand, is that it could mean disallowing entry, or the consequence of grocery stores having to close due to virus spread. Your choice. The Price Chopper in Catskill, NY is wonderful. They get my special orders and let me know when they have arrived. The people who work there are always helpful and pleasant. The managers are professional and welcoming. Just today, even with all that is going on, manager Lou Walsh called me to let me know they had my TAB soda. Thank everyone there for all that they do!

I always loved the Catskill Price Chopper. But something has changed. 2cashiers on duty, carts not collected. I'm so disappointed.

I recently left a birthday card and $50 pre-paid Visa card at the register. I called 4 days later and it was turned in to the customer service desk. I’m thankful for the honest and responsible Price Chopper staff. It was truly appreciated!

I'm not really happy with the way Price Chopper displays sale prices that are only if you buy more than one. The print below the SALE PRICE is large so that you think that is the sale price not a "if you buy 2 or more". The writing is so small that I don't notice it. Why don't you make the entire sales ad read in the same size text so there's no confusion? I'm not liking Price Chopper very much at the moment. This seems very deceptive if you ask me.
