on 4/26/20 at 2102hrs I was at a checkout line at your Keene PC. A husband and wife was ahead of us checking out. Your female cash attendant either doesn't care about simple standard basics of hygiene during a pandemic but I will not go to your super markets again and I recommend others not if Price Chopper and its associates do not practice good CDC guidelines on disinfecting and maintaining good hand cleaning practices. Not enough good hot soups! I love the Central Market Classics Clam Chowder,Haddock Chowder and Lobster Bisque but it's hardly ever out! Always Chicken Noodle and other simple ones. I use to be able to get the chowder more often but in the past 2 years it's never out. You never know whats going to be there. People love it so why doesn't it get served more?
If you're trying to drive customers away, it's working. I've been shopping at your store for 11 years - your store used to be great. The last couple years, you've gone down hill and don't seem to be able to figure out how to fix it. Today was perhaps the worst shopping experience I've ever had at your store. Poor seafood selection (no live lobsters), poor checkout experience and the Customer Service area is closed, at 11 am on a Saturday. Check out clerk not sure when they'll be back. love the friendly helpful people. big selection. great service. i do wish the prices were a little bit lower but they are some what reasonable.
First time shopping at Price Chopper...do love it & will be back...unfortunately wasn't able to get some of my regular products which I'll have to go to another store to find these.😖
