I like the Chiropractors here and they have been doing a good job. That being said, I have been having a billing issue that nobody seems to bother wanting to resolve. I was overcharged and am owed a refund. Every time I call about it the person handling the billing is either unavailable or I am being told the refund is being processed and I should have it in 2 weeks. It has now been almost 3 months and I'm still waiting.
RecommendedI consider myself so lucky to have found a chiropractic place like this! I have been coming here for 2+ years with chronic back/neck issures and the Dr's are amazing. Dr. Reidhead and Dr. Flack have improved my Quality of Life immensely. The staff are friendly and always try to accommodate my needs. I have been patronizing this clinic for almost 13 years now, and am highly disappointed in the way I've been treated by the new bookkeeper and front desk staff. I was just told they are not allowing weekend appts again until likely July. So, people like me who work all day M-F are out of luck after living with pain for 2 months waiting in lockdown. I'll now be taking my business elsewhere.
The staff is warm, efficient and excellant.

I have been coming to Dr. Price for 9+ years. He and his staff always go out of their way to work with my schedule and are always my saving grace in an emergency. I can't say enough good things! Matter of fact, Dr. Price fixed me up so well I didn't have to come in for nearly 2 years...until I injured myself again. Ha! Highly recommend...
