I called 2 weeks ago and spoke to Mario in service dept. of course no call back. Brought a used car there in 7/2015 so my daughter could drive to school. Been smelling gas. Took the car in to another place did not want to drive that far with the smell of gas. Found out there was a patch done under the fuel tank don't know if it was done there but if someone buys a used car at a dealership you would think that the service dept. would see it. Had a great buying experience at Price Chevrolet . Went in to just look but Mark Anderson was so nice & informative about the Traverses that we ended up buying. Mark made us feel comfortable through the whole process. And did I mention the good deal we got??? They really work with you. Lawrence Trevino in finance found us extremely low financing that was better than expected. All in all it was a great experience.

Friendly, professional, and prompt service. Service advisor Joshua took the time to prompt me with updates on the status and explanation of my service.
Poor customer service couldn't get salesman, sales manager or general manager to call us back. When you're wanting to spend $30,000 and have to work hardier than the person selling it there's something wrong.
