i have been trying for three weeks to get some repairs and recalls done for my vehicle that was purchased new through this dealership in 2014. Had been to a Toyota dealership and got the run around. Came to Price late of Friday and had a brand new Sonic before noon on Saturday. Very happy with Mark Rodriguez! He went out of his way to make it a pleasant experience!
Bought a used Silverado from them and got swept under the rug on repairs to vehicle. Terrible communication between service and sales. Out of the 6 weeks I've owned vehicle it's was there for 3 of them. Still not repaired to the standards I would expect from a dealership. From talking to sales manager repeatedly I've come to conclusion that profit margin trumps customer service. I will be taking by business elsewhere.
