Great customer service. Everyone I talked to was super nice. Steven came out to fix my issue. He talked to me about what was going on with my air conditioner. He immediately got to work. He was very honest and upfront with cost and with what was causing the problem. He fixed the issue and did a great job. And the cost was very affordable. Super nice guy. Our A/C stopped working during the current heat wave and being new to the area and not having personal knowledge of or a relationship with any HVAC companies we selected Price Busters after reading some of the positive reviews of the company. We are extremely happy with our decision! I need to tell you about Price Busters. We are so impressed! Thank you, Greg Allen (the technician), from Price Busters Heating & Air Conditioning LLC! Yesterday, first time issue down here, our A/C gave out. The temp in the house rose to 84° yesterday - just awful, especially after having spent all DAY in the sun! I called Prince Busters for a second opinion because another AC company stated that I needed a new $ 12,000 unit. Prince Busters tech inspected my unit and cleared it as good working condition.
