Priam LLC. Very unprofessional management. From maintenance to grounds up keep. I had rodent issues that they were very slow in responding to. Building security is #\$%\$ poor, from break ins and prostitutes having sex in common areas. They never repaired my apartment after damage from storm damage, caused by shoddy maintenance. I moved out shortly afterwards. Snow removal was poor. The Health Department really needs to contact residents!
