The staff are wonderful and deserve a 5, but the wait time … the board said 3 hours but it took 7 hours for me to see a doctor My trip to the ER was not something I could’ve gone to a pharmacist for and the walk-in clinics within an hour’s driving distance were not open. Perhaps an urgent care is needed in Peterborough.
Such a long wait. They have a board you can look at to predict wait time but it’s really hard to understand. There’s a hrs:minutes number on it which keeps going up, but nothing to explain or indicate whether it’s how long it will be from the present time or from when you first arrived. The second zone you wait in has terrible chairs for wider bodies. The person I brought to ER was unable to sit without pain
They attended to my friend as soon as they could and were so kind to her
Waited 6 hours in ER. Doctor couldn't care less. Nurses were good , but , that doctor must have specialized in apathy
I came here in August to get a rabies vaccine after a close encounter with a bat while sleeping. They proceeded to let me wait 12 hours before being seen just to tell me to go home because they did not have the vaccines. With such a time sensitive disease you would think that the staff would do their best to get me seen right away. This month I went for chronic sickness and spent over eight hours to be seen by a doctor and after a few minutes he looked at me and blatently misdiagnosed me disregarding anything I said and even... read more
