RecommendedI wish I could have it and I would like to have it for my family.
I purchased a floor cage over 9 years ago for my bird, recently the spring lock broke, I called customer service and even though that specific cage is no longer made in less than a week I had a new lock, reasonable cost and so easy to install, perfect fit!
I have updated my negative review on the issue I had with our chin cage, because Prevue Pet Products does really go above and beyond to correct any complaints. I am impressed now not disappointed.

I have 5 cats and all love Prevue Pet Products! My youngest boy LOVES sleeping in the basket hammock while my middle boy loves sleeping in the daybed of the Siberian Mountain tower. Aside from sleeping areas this product provides several scratching posts to keep cat paws healthy and dangle toys to keep cats minds and reflexes active. My oldest gal LOVES the Cozy Cap which is big enough from her but keeps her pesky brothers and sister away when she wants to be alone. My budgies and I love the Prevue bird products
I'm tired of spending my hard-earned money on Prevue Pet products only to receive defective merchandise or have them fail shortly after. I purchased 4 manicuring perches a few months ago. I installed 2 right away which were fine and 2 yesterday of which one had a loose mounting stud. I sent an email to Prevue Pet and received a response back with, too bad it's outside our 90-day policy. NO MORE PREVUE PET JUNK FOR THIS HOUSEHOLD!!🤬
