We purchased a quiet wheel for our gerbils, please tell me why you would make a product for a an animal that chews that can be chewed through? This wheel was purchased yesterday afternoon and they chewed through the stand by this afternoon. I am really disappointed.
I purchased a small animal cage for a rat or ferret. I have three rats and they have absolutely destroyed the bottom drop tray and it has not even been 3 months. I attempted to get a new one from Prevue but they never responded. All that I need is two different separate parts for my cage and then I would be satisfied. I am very frustrated that there was no response. Otherwise the cage has been fine!

The item I received was broken and damaged but because I ordered it through Amazon Prevue Pet would do nothing for me. Not let me return it or give me a refund. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service. I even asked the lady that answered the phone, "so, basically I'm screwed? And she agreed."

I purchased one of your bird cages from amazon and when it was all put together there were some parts that had come damaged. I called your customer service number and was lucky enough to have Dan help me. He was amazing. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me and get the new parts sent to me. Stop selling them on Amazon....stores and other outlets can compete so why would they recommend your products.
