I’ve been working with Mervin and team at Preview Properties for the past two years, and they’ve been a huge help in managing my condo. They literally take care of everything-- from drafting the lease agreement and researching rental price comps to collecting rent, handling maintenance, managing tenant communications, etc etc the list goes on and on.
