We live in a new neighborhood. They came by in the hopes to earn our business. They did. The guy who spoke with me was very detailed, explained the quarterly basis they would come out on, the charges for service and everything. Great customer service! They even treat for termites. We have guards around our house for termites and will need to get them serviced eventually. So this is great to get both a pest and termite service in one.
We have been with Preventive for at least 2 years. They have been great with AWESOME customer service. Our latest technician Cameron was so polite and helpful with all our questions. He did a great job and let me know if we had any concerns to please give them a call and they will come back out for free! He was pleasant and delightful. Cameron your the best! I will definitely keep recommending PPC!
