I have an acre property and have been using preventive pest control for going on a couple years now. They do an amazing job servicing our property and have really got our pincherbug problem under control! Not to mention very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Definitely recommend! I love when I get a text from the company letting me know when the tech is scheduled to come out and I can respond with requests and get personal responses from a human, not AI. Francisco showed up right on time, asked for some clarifying info on what new bugs I had discovered and asked for treatment for, and he took care of it.
Our tech Noah was great today. Listened to every request I had and took care of everything right away. I would gladly welcome him back.
