I had a major leak in my back rec room - a stream flowing through - my insurance company brought in ALL COUNTY DKI who promised a total turn key solution, including repairing my river... They took a good sized deposit, and then claimed they could not fix the leak - and disappeared - with our deposit - still an ongoing battle. Kris Irr and Preventive Maintenance came to our rescue. Kris and his team have done a huge amount of work over the years for my mom. Roof, cabinets, screen patio... you name it. They are always professional and courteous. Clean up after themselves. Competitive pricing. Can't say enough. Will definitely use them again as the need arises!
