We got a Zulu Three awhile back for my son's sixth birthday. Not only has the bike been great, but the customer service has been fantastic as well. I spoke with a friendly and knowledgeable human who picked up the phone before ordering the bike. When we had an issue with a component on the bike almost a year later, Prevelo immediately took care of the problem with absolutely no hassle. Spend the extra dollar. Wrapped and protected when shipped, delivers earlier then expected, very light bike (the only way to go), strong/reliable chain and just an overall awesome experience and I haven't even given to my daughter for her bday. All of my kids will be on this program prevelo offers to progress through learning to ride bikes. Two more will be ordered in November.
