Showed up on the day of my appointment and was told it was two months later (1 month too late to do any good). The front desk was rude and said they could not help or ask about the appointment. According to her, only nurses can access that info and she had no way to find anything about the patient info. She rescheduled me 20 minutes further north from where we had already come (50 minute drive for a vaccine!) When I asked the other location why they couldn't do it they simply said "they could have." I have been a patient at this clinic for many years. Recently, I have experienced delays in accessing routine, long-term medications such as birth control and hormone replacement therapy. After switching to mail-order prescriptions, one was submitted without refills, which resulted in a lapse in medication. My hormone replacement medication has lapsed twice in the last year, due to errors in how the prescription was written or sent in, leaving me suffer very unpleasant symptoms. If you go here to get your yearly preventative exam. DO NOT SAY ANYTHING! The doctor will ask you 1000 questions hoping you answer just one with more than a yes or no and if you do they charge you for an additional visit since something "outside of preventative" was discussed even if you didn't even bring it up and the doctor did. They also charge you for prescription refills if you ask for that during your preventative exam. Be prepared to be billed for 2-3 visits per one visit.
They are very fast and efficient at getting you in.
