Went to.prevail because the other two places I've been, one being Kenny Orthopedics wanted to charge me for something that was 100% covered by insurance. The second being Hanger Clinic, had bought a bunch of mom and pops out of business and turned them into clinics and the personal attention and craftsmanship went to hell. Now I'm at Prevail were the technicians make it all about you, I really like this place and there not a corporate conglomerate. Very attentative. Prevail does an awesome job with anyone needing a prosthetic or brace. Kris Kail knows what he's doing and truly cares about the patient. I have nothing but great things to say with my experiences at this office.
