Amazing bites!!! Even though an actual pretzel isn't on the menu I asked and they are still so good! Fast service aswell.
I attempted to call the store six times and was unable to reach anyone. After several unsuccessful attempts, I gave up on placing an order. As a longtime customer of this location, I found the experience disappointing. I later learned that the store was closed due to equipment issues and staff illness, and I only discovered this after contacting the company through its website. Emma B was working and a guy I don't know the name of. She told us they were out of garlic bites and large pretzel dogs. So I ordered 16 mini pretzel dogs. They gave me 8 hoping I wouldn't notice. I waited and they opened the window and said "oops, did you want 16? There was only 8 left. You're going to have to wait 4 minutes while we make more." Very frustrating.
We got to the drive thru and it was about 10 mins before they closed, and they said they were not making stuffed pretzel bites. Like breh, they have 10 mins before they closed, and the still refused. What the heck.
