I was excited to book this appointment in advance for my daughter to feel her best going back to school. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to cancel my appointment. I had an appointment with PrettynPolished by Sa’Lay scheduled for 10:30 AM. After driving 45 minutes to get there, I arrived on time only to find the door locked. I called her, and when she answered, she was rude and didn’t even remember our appointment. Once I gave her my name and appointment time, she went completely silent for two minutes—then hung up without a word. I tried calling back several times, but she kept declining my calls.
