The vets have always been wonderful to my dogs and always fit me into their schedule. Very compassionate and great about explaining different treatment options. We have been with them for about ten years now and always happy with the care. The staff members are great too.
We have 9 dogs, several are seniors or special needs. The doctors are excellent and always have seen our pets when we need them. They have done a wonderful job of diagnosing and treating our little ones. We are so pleased with this wonderful animal hospital and excellent doctors. I highly recommend them.
Excellent practice! From the doctors to the support staff...all are excellent! The knowledge and patience they exhibit day in and day out to all the clients is Saint worthy! They have always gone way above and beyond for myself and my pets...and I know I am a pain most times! :-) You will not find any better than Prettyboy!!
Had to call yesterday when one of our dogs (with a penchant for eating socks) got really sick. They were booked solid all day but fit him in. They took great care of him and we made plans in case he wasn't getting better to get him back to PBVH to avoid surgery at the emergency vet. The problem resolved itself in the waiting room after the exam. Not one employee was grumpy (including Dr. Williams who grabbed gloves and dug right in) about the awful mess he made, they were all happy to see him feeling better. We've used this ... read more
