My little Lucy woke up unable to walk properly, my regular Vet. and area emergency hospitals didn't have any appointments available, I called you guy's and you took her right away. Found her problem and prayfully she is on her way to recovery. Many thanks to Dr. Gore, Shannon and the wonderful people that work here.

We just recently moved to Manchester and Prettyboy Vet came highly recommended and I can certainly see why! When I called for a new client appointment they welcomed me on the phone and were just so kind! We got all checked in pretty quickly and Dr. Williams was so good to my doggo and was the absolute sweetest to deal with. She thoroughly explained everything to me and even shared something cute my dog did while in their care. I am very happy to be a new client of prettyboy vet and look forward to working with them more.

I realize it’s the middle of COVID-19, but this vet’s office has been terrible about keeping in correspondence about my pets. Multiple times I’ve called and been told they will call me back after someone speaks with a vet just to never get called back. Don’t tell me you’re going to call me back if you don’t plan on it. Just tell me you can’t help. Now they’ve been messing up a medication multiple times for a dog that’s gone there for years...I only have so much understanding. We absolutely love Prettyboy vet! They are so thoughtful and caring with our animals. They really take the time to help you understand everything that is happening with your babies! All the staff are phenomenal!
1st visit today. SUPER nice staff,Dr. William's is so nice and informative. I love it there. I had an issue with my care credit card and they patiently waited for me to resolve it. I got it fixed, paid and they were so patient and kind with the delay. Thank you so much!
